Mr. P. Balasubramanian, Founder of Lawshere, served as a Senior Audit Officer in the Indian Audit & Accounts Department for 35 years before retiring on 31 August 2016. With extensive experience in the audit of government companies, taxation, public projects, and high-value contracts, he brings deep insight into financial and regulatory frameworks.

A postgraduate in Business Law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, he specialized in Service Law before the Central Administrative Tribunal (Chennai) and handles matters relating to Labour Law, NCLT proceedings involving insolvency and liquidation, Debt Recovery, and Civil Litigation. He also advises and represents clients across a spectrum of high-stakes commercial and regulatory matters.
